Full job description

We’re seeking an HVAC Field Supervisor with at least 5 years of experience in HVAC service, oil burner, and boiler systems. A refrigeration license is preferred but not required. The role involves inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC systems for residential customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities*

  • Diagnose, repair, and install residential HVAC systems and products.
  • Build strong customer relationships
  • Complete all general HVAC service calls.
  • Get HVAC systems running again by asking the right customer lifestyle questions.
  • Meet (or exceed) revenue goals with expert service.
  • Build our clientele, including new referrals and repeat business.
  • Keep job sites clean, organized, and inventoried

  • A reliable solo worker who can also excel in team environments

 

Qualifications*

  • Customer service skills
  • Skilled in repairing, installing, and diagnosing HVAC systems and products
  • Clean driving record

 

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Pay: $29.00 – $43.00 per hour
