I had Patrick dispatched to my home to investigate a leaking pipe for my water heater. He diagnosed the issue right away, pointed out what else could need repair, and gave me the full information about my heater approaching its end of life. He was clear that I COULD just get patchwork service without immediate issue, but that soon I would need it replaced. After I made the decision to have the replacement done, Patrick was very helpful and friendly as we worked through financing options, and then got the installation done in just a few hours. I was very satisfied with the customer service and quality of work Patrick provided, and if he represents the standard for MillTown’s services, I couldn’t recommend them enough!
