Milltown Plumbing exceeded every expectation. I called about a slow drain, and the problem was diagnosed and fixed incredibly quickly. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the technician. He was one of the most genuinely kind, professional, and delightful people I’ve ever had in my home. He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and left the area spotless.

The service was to replace parts of the gas heater exhaust system which was identified as responsible for rainwater entering the gas heater unit. The Milltown serviceman (Mary Jo) was professional and did a great job.

Excellent Service. The technician was polite and very knowledgeable. They completed putting in the Water Hammer Arrestor and verified calibration of the toilet. The work was done beautifully, and it looks great. We are very happy with MillTown.

I was super happy with Mill Town beginning with the first phone call and ending with the installation of a new Watts Intelli-Flow for my washer. Everyone was really nice and professional and kept me informed of when people were coming and how long it would take for the part to come in. I had a number of questions and Ed answered every one. Ask about their service plan that gives a discount to services. I thought it was a great deal! I will only use them going forward for HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing. If I could give a 10, I would. Thank you so much for a wonderful serve experience. Highly recommend!
